When you fill out a form or quiz on our website, submit a Typeform, or contact us, we may collect:

- Social handle — your Instagram handle (optional).
- Fitness preferences you choose to share — such as your goals, coaching interests, age range, gender, and the challenges you’re working on.
- Messages — anything you write to us.

- Respond to your inquiries and provide coaching information and services;

Your communication choices (calls, texts, email)
When you submit one of our forms, you agree that we may contact you by email and phone call about your inquiry. When you submit one of our forms, you agree that we may send you text messages (SMS), including transactional messages (inquiry replies, appointment reminders, and coaching check-ins) and marketing messages (offers and program news). You can opt out at any time:
- Texts: reply STOP to any text message (reply HELP for help).
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
- Calls / all channels: email us at info@pbearfit.com to be added to our do-not-contact list.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us run our business — for example, our customer-relationship / marketing platform, automation and form tools, email and text messaging providers, and payment processor — who are permitted to use it only to provide services to us;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and the platforms that deliver our text messages, is permitted. All other categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
