I first reached out to Saul (aka Polar Bear) on Instagram back in 2021, and I’ve been training with him ever since. When I started, I weighed only 87 pounds and had always struggled to put on weight. From day one, he made me feel comfortable in the gym and really took the time to ask about my goals.
With his guidance and support, I’m now at a healthy weight of 112 lbs—and I absolutely love the results. Not only has my body changed, but everyone who knows me has noticed how much more confident I’ve become since I started going to the gym.
Throughout my training years with him, he’s also seen me grow in life—from being a nursing student to becoming an ICU nurse working night shifts. Even when work took a toll on me, Saul understood and adjusted my workouts to fit my schedule and energy levels, while still making sure I got a solid burn in every session.
What makes Saul stand out is his consistency, encouragement, and genuine care for his clients. He does weekly check-ins to see not just how you’re doing physically, but also where you are in life, adjusting when needed while still pushing you to grow. I also love the yearly challenges he organizes with everyone he trains, creating a real sense of community and motivation.
